About Counselling
What type of counselling do I offer?
I work using the Psychodynamic Model, which means that I consider the inter-relationships between people and how past relationships, events, experiences and patterns of behaviour may impact on current conflicts. In working through difficulties psychodynamically, it is possible to bring about significant change. Through engaging with this process, insight and understanding often leads to change and growth.
I offer counselling to individuals and groups with all kinds of emotional issues. Please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss any concerns you may have.
Counselling is a process of working together - talking through difficulties and experiences in the hope of understanding your self better, resolving what you can and so leading a more rewarding and fulfilling life.
